Please take a few minutes to review these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to your access and use of the Web Site and our mobile applications. Your use of our Web Site or our mobile application constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.

Dylaa.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our Web Site.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship to virtually all countries. There are some restrictions applicable to some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. If we are unable to ship your product, we shall contact you. Please write the Address in English Language, it can help the shipping company easy to read and handle the package.
The shipping charges shown during checkout represent actual rates for most countries. In some cases, the shipping rates may be higher than what we have listed on this website. In such cases we shall inform you of any additional charges and await your confirmation prior to processing your order or transaction.
Shipping Availability Date
The date shall be available for shipping within three (3) business days after payment has cleared. Please note, however, that any shipping availability or delivery dates, times or periods mentioned here, or otherwise quoted or communicated to you in any form or manner, are merely estimates and are not guaranteed, and may be subject to delays for a variety of reasons, some of which may or may not be within our control. For example, in some cases, your customs authority may hold your products which may delay the delivery date. Except as provided in the next paragraph, we shall not be responsible or liable for any late or non-delivery (for whatever cause or reason, and whether or not within our control).
Because Dylaa.com uses several different warehouses, orders of two or more items may result in multiple separate shipments. Your order may arrive as several shipments on different days. There is no additional charge to you.
Shipping Lead Times
Dylaa.com makes every effort to provide accurate shipping estimates to our customers. Shipping lead times posted on our product pages are estimates based on information provided to us by the production department, raw material availability, customs clearance & logistics company. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us to ensure product availability and turnaround time.
Free Shipping Policy
Dylaa.com offers Free Standard shipping on ALL small package orders. There is no minimum order to qualify for Free Standard shipping. Items requiring specialised packaging, pallets, wooden boxes are not included in free shipping and will be charged extra as per actuals.
Certain larger items must be shipped via freight service. Orders shipped via freight service will be charged actual shipping rates as determined by the freight carrier. Orders shipped via freight service are required sign for the package. Freight carriers will call ahead to the customer to schedule a delivery time, so it is imperative that your contact phone number be accurate. Please contact us for custom freight rates and more information.
Out of Stock
An out of stock item means there is a backorder with the factory. The normal time for an item that is backordered to be replenished is around 2-3 weeks. If you order an item that is out of stock, you will receive an email informing you. Then you will have the choice of waiting on the backordered item(s), cancelling the order altogether, or selecting a different item. In instances where you select multiple items, of which one is out of stock, you will be given the same options in addition to immediate delivery of the in-stock item(s). You will not receive any additional shipping charges for receiving multiple packages on different dates.
As between you and us , all risks of loss of, and damage to your purchased product(s) during the transportation process shall be borne solely and exclusively by you. Please note that, under applicable laws and/or international treaties, the liability of carriers, shippers, shipping agents and/or other relevant parties for any loss of or damage to product(s) handled by them may be excluded, fixed or limited. Accordingly, for all shipments, we recommend that you purchase appropriate, relevant and adequate insurance to cover against the risk of loss and damage during the transportation process. Please contact us to inquire about available insurance rates for your order or transaction.
All items are carefully packed and addressed for export. Deliveries shall generally include customary one-way standard export packaging. (If, as an exception, we assume the packaging costs, then such costs shall be calculated on the basis of verifiable net costs.) However, should items become damaged or lost while in transit to you, we shall not be responsible or liable therefor.
In the event that you purchase insurance, such insurance shall be upon and subject to the terms and conditions offered by the underwriter by whom such insurance is effected; provided however that the limit of the coverage provided by such insurance shall not be more than the invoice value of the items.
In the event that you purchase insurance and you are required to file a claim for any loss of or damage to your product under such insurance through us, please contact us to initiate the claim. We shall then refund the cost or replace the item, but only if and after confirmation has been received from the insurance company regarding acceptance of the claim and payment of the compensation.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Before you return a Dylaa product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
However, if for some reason you are dissatisfied with the product, you are entitled to return it within 3 days of delivery for free. Please be noted that the product must be in good condition and resalable, and that you should contact our customer service before making a return.
You are allowed to make a cancellation and get a full refund before production; after production, there will be a 20% restocking fee. No cancellation is accepted after shipment. We will confirm with you your order and shipping address before production. If you are not available to answer our calls or do not respond to our email within 24 hours, your order will be considered as confirmed.
Return & Refund
Items Qualified for Returns:
Items must be packed using original packaging materials.
Items should not have been installed.
Items must be in good condition and resalable.
Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
Items Not Qualified for Returns:
Items that have been installed or unsellable.
Clearance and closeout sale items.
Custom built or DIY products.
Items shipped beyond 3 days of delivery.
Light bulbs, lamp shades, parts and glass.
Expedited, long distance and freight shipping fees.
Items that are damaged or defective. For products that are damaged or defective, please see our Damaged & Defective Products Policy.
Items that are returned without prior authorization. Items returned without first obtaining authorization may have the return and refund denied.
Once the item is received in good condition, we will make a refund within 48 hours.
Restocking fees do not apply to qualified returned merchandise or cancellation made before production. If the return is made within 3 days of delivery, no restocking fee will be applied. Beyond 3 days, or the item is returned in a non-resalable condition, a restocking fee may be charged. We will discuss this on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges are handled just like returns. You have 3 days to request an exchange with us. We will issue a return authorization for the items you wish to exchange, and process an order for the new product. You will be charged for the new item, whose payment will be paid back to you once the old item is returned to us. In order to begin an exchange, please email email@example.com
Damaged and Defective Merchandise
If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipment or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will work with you to solve the problem.
All damaged or defective products must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photo proof. Please retain all original packaging and documentation, as they will be needed to process your replacement.
Items returned as damaged or defective but are found to be in working condition after inspection will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of round trip shipping charges.
Shipments arriving via freight must be inspected prior to acceptance. Any damage, no matter how minor, should be noted with the shipper. Signing for a package and failing to note damage to the packaging will result in the customer assuming responsibility for any damaged merchandise.
Many of our products are shipped unassembled and require assembly upon delivery. If one or more of the individual parts are damaged or defective, they can typically be replaced in a few days. Replacement parts and glass will be provided without additional charges. If you wish to return an item that can be repaired with replacement parts or glass, the standard return policy, including shipping deductions, will apply.
Items Damaged in Transit
If items were visibly damaged on receipt, we kindly ask you to support us by accepting the parcel and contacting us within 3 working days, as well as providing us with the proof as following:
1. Photos of the front and back sides of the packaging box
2. Photo, video, screenshot of the defective item
3. Photo, video, screenshot of the defect or defective area
Our sales manager will communicate with you for further information.
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
- In case of minor design and colour variations. With hand crafted products there will always be some variation between products.
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
Note: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
